All things said, we want a fun, professional experience & so we all must lead by example.
Share the ownership
We want everyone to feel like they have a stake in the games we make. Our games are not the brainchild of a few people - we own them together. Everyone’s contributions, opinion, and feedback matters. For this to work, everyone needs to respect the big picture and high-level goals of the project. Shared ownership is at the heart of the Sharkmob adventure.
Make smart decisions
We embrace a system of "disagree and commit". This means that we accept that we might not always get our way but we wholeheartedly support decisions we make as a team. Doing more with less and making an extra effort to find the optimal way forward is always valued. We rely on smart decisions to take us further than otherwise possible. Making games is kind of like rocket science—but harder!

Our Technical Art Team
The Technical Art Team breathe life into our worlds, vehicles and characters by working closely with both the Art and Engineering teams. They have a passion for creating cutting edge AAA visuals to fully leverage what is possible with modern toolsets and hardware.
What you will do
- Create inspiring artwork that captures our players imaginations.
- Collaborate with the tech and content teams to define and maintain art content pipelines.
- Maintain the great communication between Sharkmob London and Malmö teams.
- Be proactive and work collaboratively with the wider team to drive our project forwards with exciting ideas.
- Continue to develop your skills and the skills of those around you.
- Work closely with the production team to inform our project timelines.
Who you are
- You have shipped at least one AAA game from end-to-end as Senior or Lead Technical Artist.
- You have experience leading a team of Technical artists.
- You have proven technical art experience on current-gen platforms.
- You have a deep understanding of modern toolsets and techniques.
- You are comfortable working alongside other disciplines to define a variety of content pipelines.
- A problem solver who can drive innovation.
- You have experience driving efforts around performance optimizations.
- You have a passion for creating and playing games.

À propos de la société
Sharkmob makes multiplayer games with a focus on the player and the community. Many of us come from a PC and console background and we always push for AAA production value in our projects. We love to constantly challenge ourselves, pushing technology to the max while applying every ounce of skill and creativity we have.
